Starting and registering a business

A good start saves a lot of money and worry later. We help you choose between a sole proprietorship, partnership or BV, prepare your Chamber of Commerce registration and set up your bookkeeping from day one.

What does it cost? Consultation €60 per half hour or €110 per hour. If you then take a subscription, we discuss the start-up support in the proposal (excl. VAT).

What we do for you

  • Preparing your Chamber of Commerce (KVK) registration, for all legal forms
  • Explaining VAT, the small business scheme and your first returns
  • Working with the civil-law notary when setting up a BV
  • Setting up your bookkeeping and a kick-off talk about costs and invoices
