Which data do we process?

Via the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact channel and language, legal form and industry, and whatever you tell us in your message.

If you sign up for updates: your email address and the language in which you want to receive the updates.

If you become a client: the data needed to handle your bookkeeping, returns and advice, such as identification details, BSN, and tax and financial data. We agree on this in our engagement letter.

What do we use it for?

To contact you and answer your question (based on your consent and to prepare an agreement).
To provide our services (performance of the agreement).
To send you updates about changes and deadlines, if you signed up for them (based on your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time).
To meet legal obligations, such as the tax retention obligation and anti-money-laundering rules (Wwft).

How long do we keep it?

We keep contact form data for up to 12 months if you do not become a client. We keep your email address for updates until you unsubscribe. Client data is kept as long as needed for the engagement and then as long as the law requires (usually 7 years).

Who do we share it with?

We never sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us deliver our services, such as our hosting provider (Netlify, for the website and form) and our bookkeeping software (SnelStart), and with authorities where the law requires it, such as the Belastingdienst. We make agreements with processors about security and confidentiality. Where data is processed outside the EU, appropriate safeguards are in place.

Cookies

Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We only keep anonymous counts (which page, which action, which day), without personal data. See our cookie statement.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, object and transfer your data. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to info@royalsupport.nl; we respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections and secure environments with restricted access.

In case of differences between language versions, the Dutch text prevails.
